Become a Depot Park Vendor


Do you want to join the rotation of food and drink vendors that pop up in Depot Park?

Here are the details:

  • Food and non-alcoholic drink sales only.

  • Alcohol sales are not permitted in Depot Park.

  • Electric connections available for 120v, 30amp, and 50 amp. No generators.

  • Prearranged load-in and load-out times must be honored due to staff availability:

    • Load-in times are flexible, as early as 7:30am

    • Load-out times are flexible, but no later than 8:30pm

  • Vendors must complete the Depot Park Vendor Agreement and submit all required documents a minimum of seven business days in advance of attendance.

  • $75 non-refundable vendor fee, per day.

  • $95 Special Event vendor fee, per day.

  • Vendor fees must be pre-paid a minimum of 7 business days in advance of attendance to allow for staff scheduling.

  • No refunds, rainchecks, or credits. By booking 7 days out, you have plenty of time to check the weather and make an informed decision.

  • Vendor spots will be assigned first-come, first-serve at the time of payment.

  • When you are ready to reserve dates by processing payment, please email depotpark@cityofgainesville.org

  • If we have special events renting the park we may or may not be able to double book. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.

  • If you have more than one electric option or more than one truck/setup, please indicate at time of payment which outlet you will be using.

  • Vendors must follow the Gainesville Zero Waste Initiative

  • Food trucks are booked up to 60 days in advance.
