By completing this Field Trip & Tour Request form, Depot Park staff are able to better prepare, keep you apprised of scheduled maintenance that may conflict, and ensure your visit is as smooth as possible.

Here are the details:

  • This form is a request only and requests are not guaranteed.

  • Depot Park Manager reserves the right to refuse requests.

  • Use of electricity, DJs, or amplified sound is prohibited without prior approval.

  • Confetti, glitter, bounce houses, large inflatables, and water balloons are prohibited.

  • The Children’s Play Area and Blue Grotto Splash Pad are designed for children ages 2-12, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Food is not allowed inside the Children’s Play Area or Blue Grotto Splash Pad.

  • Absolutely no staking in Depot Park. The park is a brownfield site and the ground cannot be penetrated. In lieu of staking, sandbags, bricks, or water jugs are often used.

  • Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

  • Buses may unload from the ADA lot at 201 SE Depot Ave or the little lot at 874 SE 4th Street. All buses must park in the Overflow Parking lot, parking on the grass or across multiple spaces in the little lot is prohibited.
