Pavilion Rentals

Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. Applications may be submitted up to one year in advance.

Please allow 72 hours for a response.

Pavilion A & B are now available to rent for private events of less than 25 people per pavilion. If you wish to accommodate more than 25 people, please rent both Pavilion A & Pavilion B. If your event will be open to the public, please complete a Special Event Application.

Both pavilions will be available first-come, first-serve when not rented.

Time Blocks Available:

  • 8am-12pm

  • 1pm-5pm

Pavilion Rental Fees (per pavilion, per time block):

  • Monday-Thursday $44.00 rental fee

  • Friday-Sunday $71.75 rental fee

  • 20% non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold dates and will be applied to the balance due. Rental dates/times are not guaranteed until fees are paid in full.

All rental requests are now submitted using AdobeSign as part of our new touchless rental process. Once you click the link below and complete the request, your must then go to your email to verify the request. Be sure to check your Junk folder.

Special Events

Special Event Rental Applications must be made at least 60 days in advance. Applications may be submitted up to one year in advance.

Please allow 72 hours for a response.

All special event rental cancellations must be emailed to the Depot Park Office at DepotPark@CityOfGainesville.org and confirm receipt. Please review our Cancellation Request policy prior to submitting your rental request.

  • 30 days or more prior notice of cancellation will receive a full refund of rental fees and full deposit.

  • Between 15 and 29 days prior notice of cancellation will receive 50% refund of rental fees and full deposit.

  • Less than 14 days prior notice of cancellation will receive NO refund of rental fees or deposit.

To hold dates/times, a non-refundable reservation fee of 20% is required for all rentals and will be applied to the balance due. Rental dates/times are not guaranteed until fees and deposits are paid in full.
