DEPOT PARK OVERFLOW LOT CLOSURE
Please be advised that the Depot Park Overflow Lot will be closed from 6:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2026 through 6:30 AM on Saturday, October 10 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding! Thank you for helping us keep Depot Park safe and accessible for everyone.
The splash pad is on 7 days a week, 365 days as year as long as the temperature is above 70 degrees.
We do our best to open the play area and splash pad every morning, as close to 7AM as possible. Please be patient with staff. The play area and splash pad close at sunset daily. As a reminder, in order to keep the play area safe and the water clean, food and pets are not allowed in the play area.
As a reminder, for your safety as well as staff safety, the play area and splash pad close for 30 minutes when there is lightning within 10 miles of the park. Check our Weather page for the latest alerts.
We also have a newly installed lightning detection device. If you hear a 15 second siren, please seek shelter. The all clear alert is 3 short horn blasts, at that time play may resume.
Park Hours:
Children’s play area: 7 am to Sunset
Conservation area: 7 am to Sunset
Restrooms: 7 am to 9:00 pm
Lit areas in the park: 7 am to 11:30 pm
We do our best to open as close to 7 am as possible.
