THURSDAYS With Sanity Gurus & Yoga Wellness Center 6:30 - 7:30 pm, $5, On The Hill
Classical Hatha is for beginners and beyond. Starting with the roots of Hatha Yoga, each instructor adds their own personality to make each class unique. Hatha, like most styles of yoga, links breath and movement together to create a mindful sequence. Adaptations of poses are introduced for those either looking to challenge or relax their own experience.
SATURDAYS With Maggie Rucker of Flow Space Yoga Studio, 6:00 - 7:00 pm, $5, Promenade West Overlook
Depot Flow with Maggie Rucker is a dynamic, all-levels class focused on synchronizing breath with movement, cultivating intention, heat, and control of the body and mind. Be prepared for some challenge and relaxation all in one class as we practice creative balancing and strength-oriented movements (with offered modifications to make this a class accessible to anybody). We will cool down with deep-stretch poses, therapeutic motions, and a heart-warming Savasana. Bring warm clothes if it is chilly, a mat, some water, and any yoga props (blankets, blocks, straps) that you might have.

Join Danielle Gertner Grind every Saturday, 10am on The Hill. You will be grinding toward health and fitness goals using body strength exercises, kettle bells, jump ropes, agility ladders, resistance bands and more. She will bring you the ultimate total body boot camp.
